Our Story

Steeped in warmth, styled with intention.

Chai & Spice began at a kitchen table, somewhere between the second pour of chai and a conversation that ran too long to notice.

That's the feeling we chase in every room we style — the sense of being properly welcomed. We layer texture the way you'd layer a good masala: patiently, and never for show. Linen against brass. Dried florals against carved wood. Candlelight low enough to make people lean in.

We're a small studio, and we like it that way. Every event we take on gets our full attention — from the first mood board to the last candle we blow out at midnight.

Questions, answered.

For weddings, 4–6 months out gives us room to source and custom-order. Corporate and private events can often be styled with 3–6 weeks' notice, depending on scale.

Yes — we regularly style events across regional NSW. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately based on location.

Absolutely. Our prop library — vessels, linens, and lighting — is available to hire on its own, with or without setup and pack-down.

Every quote covers concept, sourcing, delivery, setup and pack-down. We'll flag anything that sits outside that — like florals or specialty hire — as a separate line so there are no surprises.
